12 Sep 10 (Sun) - Passion Fruit Flavour Konnyaku Jelly with Fruits

Went down to the minimart this morning and bought a packet of Konnyaku Jelly Powder, a can of Hosen Tropical Fruit Cocktail and a 1.5 litre bottle of Heaven & Earth Ice Passion Fruit Tea.

Got home, ate breakfast and then started to make jelly. This time round I used 1 liter of the Passion Fruit Tea, added 2 tablespoons of sugar and added some fruits into the jelly. The end product has some Passion Fruit flavour but not sweet and distinct enough though the texture was slightly softer this time. Maybe next time I can try using fruit juice instead.
